Volunteer

Healthy Kids Community Challenge Burlington is seeking volunteers. Are you passionate about promoting healthy behaviour in children? If yes, we want you!

Get Involved with Blue W

Healthy Kids Community Challenge is working on making water more accessible in our community.  Help us improve the tap water refill network in Burlington by recruiting new bluew.org refill locations. Volunteer hours for this project are flexible.

Get Involved with our Neighbourhood Action Teams (NAT)

Who can get involved with Healthy Kids Neighbourhood Action Teams?

  • Parents
  • Teachers
  • Childcare workers
  • Youth on student councils
  • Youth interested in working with children
  • Youth interested in health and wellness
  • Groups working with youth (Scouts, Girl Guides, after school programs, sports groups)
  • Any person interested in the wellbeing of your community!

Joining a conversation is a great way to get involved and to ensure families and community organizations are guiding the development of the action plans; to learn about your neighbourhood; and to have an impact on getting Burlington’s kids moving and eating well.
