Child Care Centres

Healthy Kids Burlington is very excited to continue to work with Burlington child care centres. From 0 to 4 years, kids’ early eating preferences are set, laying the foundation for their eating habits later in life. These centres are offering their children a positive introduction to healthy eating and physical activity. Would your child care centre like to work with HKCC? Contact us today.

The Orchard Children’s Centre
The Orchard Children’s Centre serves healthy homemade foods to both it’s locations, in North Central Burlington and in Waterdown. They sneak vegetables into their spaghetti sauce and serve only water and plain milk. This child care centre works hard to keep it’s children active both outside and on rainy inside days. They were excited to partner with HKCC as their values were already aligned. They will be purchasing water bottle holders to bring the children’s water bottles with them outside as well as gross motor equipment for the centre.
